GLOBALCCU respects the privacy of its attendees and visitors to the GLOBALCCU Web site. Any and all information collected while on the GLOBALCCU Web site is used solely for the purposes as set forth in this privacy statement. GLOBALCCU's Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name and IP address, and will only recognize additional information if that information has been provided to GLOBALCCU by the attendee or visitor. All personal information collected through the Web site is provided on a voluntary basis by GLOBALCCU Web site visitors through a visible means of data entry or collection.

One of the main objectives of GLOBALCCU Web site, however, is to encourage networking by GLOBALCCU site visitors. To support this networking, GLOBALCCU may require that visitors provide information to access certain areas of its Web site. This information may include name, email and postal addresses, phone numbers, and other demographic information. Visitors provide this information on a voluntary basis to gain access to these areas. GLOBALCCU may also collect aggregate information on which pages visitors’ access as they use our site as well as the email addresses with visitors who correspond with us directly from the Web site.

Information about attendees collected through the Registration Application will be stored in the general GLOBALCCU database. GLOBALCCU may use email or postal addresses for notifying Corporate Education Professionals and relays about upcoming events, new additions to the GLOBALCCU Web site, or other products and services offered by GLOBALCCU. Member contact information is also made available through the GLOBALCCU Web site. If you do not wish to be included in the database, please send an email to CustomerCare@globalccu.com indicating that you do not want to be in the attendees Directory.

GLOBALCCU does make our attendee list available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you do not want to receive any mail (electronic or otherwise) from any organization to which GLOBALCCU sells its membership mailing list, please let us know by emailing us at CustomerCare@globalccu.com

If you provide your telephone or fax number on the Web site, GLOBALCCU may contact you via telephone regarding any questions they may have about a product or service order (including registration applications, conference registrations, or other product orders). Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your correct phone number to serve you more promptly. If you do not wish to receive further phone calls from GLOBALCCU, please contact CustomerCare@globalccu.com

GLOBALCCU will use the aggregate data collected to inform our sponsors with an aggregate customer profile of who is visiting the Web site and the number of customers who have seen and "clicked" on their advertisements.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GLOBALCCU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. GLOBALCCU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against GLOBALCCU shall be governed by the French laws without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the GLOBALCCU Web site shall be the Tribunal of Commerce of Paris.
