What is CUCP?

CUCP is the first private online social network, specifically designed for Corporate University and Corporate Education Professionals, Chief Learning Officers, Director of Human Resources, Heads of Development and their team members. It is created, managed and administered by a high quality multicultural management team and expert on corporate universities with more than 15 years of experience.

It is also a Corporate University knowledge centre with input from the CUCP team, the CUCP users themselves, and industry experts, academics, authors selected for their specific competencies.

Who is CUCP for?

CUCP connects Corporate University and Corporate Education Professionals, Chief Learning Officers, Director of Human Resources, Heads of Development and their team members. The team members must have one of the following titles or functions in the internal educational structure or corporate university:

  • Members of Executive Staff, program directors
  • Member of pedagogical Staff

Through the online platform CUCP Members gain instant access to corporate university peers year-round, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here they can access valuable industry resources, collaborate, provide feedback and network with ease: all directly through the CUCP website. As a CUCP member, you are part of a professional community that shares knowledge, ideas, projects and reciprocal support amongst a knowledgeable circle of peers and industry leaders. In its journey in CUCP, Members receive support from the CUCP Team, who also ensures the security and confidentiality of information exchanged within the platform. Each member must officially agree to the governance, which includes a guarantee of confidentiality and security of information.

Who manages CUCP?

CUCP is managed by a team that comprises an Executive Director, a Knowledge Content Manager and a Community Manager. Annick Renaud-Coulon is the Executive Director of the Platform: Annick conceived the CUCP and continues to extend her expertise in order to enrich the intellectual content of the CUCP. The Knowledge Content Manager assists the Executive Director in ensuring that the intellectual content are rich and innovative. The Community Manager ensures that governance is duly applied and respectfully acknowledged by stakeholders.

When?

CUCP was launched on 30 March 2010. A number of companies have registered as Members, from Australia, Asia, North America, Western Europe and Eastern Europe. You are welcome to register your company as Members.
