How to Join Corporate University Community Platform

To become CUCP Member, a company must:

  • Comprise a corporate university, are in development of or are looking to build one.
  • Have a corporate university that delivers learning services solely within its own company or organisation, i.e. it does not market or sell its educational services to external stakeholders or clients.
  • Commit to CUCP Principles by: actively contributing in collective activities and exchanges; providing requisite information for the development of collaborative work; conscientiously abiding by CUCP’s terms and conditions that expressly forbid the issuance or promulgation of confidential material obtained from peers; displaying comprehension and respect for all Intellectual Property rights and parameters.
  • Register the most senior authority in charge of the company’s corporate university or educational structure, as its first User in CUCP. This registration is mandatory. Additionally, each company may register up to seven other Users, including its corporate university’s:
    · members of Executive Staff (up to 2 individuals engaged in strategic responsibilities);
    · pedagogical Manager/s or Director of Programs (limit of two individuals);
    · the Director of Communication (one individual);
    · the Financial and Administrative Director (one individual);
    · the International Director (one individual).
  • Meet the conditions of membership, as well as complete the registration procedure including signing the Member and User Agreement and paying membership fee.

Note: consultancy firms, learning providers and vendors are not permitted to join CUCP.

To Become CUCP User, an individual must:

  • Be employed by a CUCP Member (and not the Member’s subsidiary company), and recommended to be CUCP User. Therefore his/her User fee is paid by the company.
  • Has one of the following titles or functions as corporate university’s:
    · Executive Director;
    · Members of Executive Staff;
    · Director of Communication;
    · Financial and Administrative Director;
    · International Director;
  • Meet the conditions of membership, as well as complete the registration procedure including signing the Member and User Agreement and paying membership fee.

Member and User Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire accord between Member and User and GlobalCCU, including the CUCP Governance, CUCP Principles and CUCP Privacy Policy. It governs GlobalCCU’s relationships with CUCP Members and Users, and their use of CUCP services. Only by signing this Agreement can a company or corporate university be registered as CUCP Member, and can an individual be registered as CUCP User.
