What are the GlobalCCU CU Compliance Certification Criteria?

Your Corporate University must present the following basic or more evolved components of a Corporate University based on the GlobalCCU 4 pillars in order for GlobalCCU to certify that you have a true Corporate University:

  • Political and Strategic Dimensions
  • Managerial, Organisational and Financial Dimensions
  • Marketing and Communication Dimensions
  • Learning Production

How to proceed? 


The eligibility criteria with which your Corporate University must comply for its eligibility are as follows:

  • To be a distinct Unit within the Organisation, with own identity, staff, budget and to be situated at the Corporate level.
  • To serve the business strategies, the culture, the identity and the brand of the Organisation.
  • To not provide services to external non-clients of the Organisation for money or no more than 30% of its activities.

The applicant Organisation has to:

  • When we receive the form, we will send you an agreement and an invoice for the eligibility stage: 2 500 € (GlobalCCU Awards winners are exempt).
  • Once the signed agreement and payment are received, your journey towards excellence begins!
    The next step is we will send an eligibility questionnaire for you to complete.
