"As one our field's great thought leaders, Annick Renaud-Coulon has been the catalyst for creative ideas and innovative concepts for global corporate universities. Many of her ideas are now being emulated by many best in class corporate universities throughout the world in both industry and government organizations. As such she founded the Global Council of Corporate Universities - a premier global network and community of corporate university professionals, and created a unique social network or CU Community platform now used by learning leaders and experts world-wide."

"Groupama University has been an active member of GlobalCCU for many years and has very much appreciated the work that Annick Renaud-Coulon and her team have done to develop and accompany the concept and evolution of Corporate Universities. There are many clubs in the world that promote Corporate Universities. Why do we belong to GlobalCCU ? 1. The quality of the organisation team and Annick's drive and energy to get the members of the club together. 2. The high quality of benchmarking documents and conference speakers that address all aspects of learning. 3. The GlobalCCU knowledge platform 4. The quality of the membership - diverse in experience, size, objectives and business sectors. 5. Access to a variety of guest speakers, business schools, consultants and trainers through recommendations from members 6. Constant access to new learning techniques and technologies. Other than having the pleasure of meeting peers and sharing information (even between competitor) there is the added advantage that the topics discussed are supported by tools that can be used immediately in an operational framework."

"For a company like ours, operating in the high-tech domain (STMicroelectronics), this European Club of Corporate Universities is a fantastic opportunity to regularly meet colleagues from other domains and share with them best practices, innovative approaches for what concerns the world of adult learning. Driven by Annick RENAUD-COULON, a charismatic chairman, the club is protected from any consultancy companies, allowing a real partnership between members, without competition but with a very open mindset. And – last but not least – with fun! A fresh air and very valuable clues to better understand the challenges of the Corporate Universities and find the best ways to address them."

"The European Space Agency joined the European Club of Corporate Universities about 5 years ago, when its Internal University's concept was just born ! For us who had to develop a reality behind the concept, meeting with colleagues from other Corporate Universities was extremely useful, and helped us to get different perspectives on some particular topics, whether related to learning and development, or to the functioning of a Corporate University itself. Now that our Internal University is more established, I still look forward to the various opportunities offered by the Club. Firstly, I really appreciate, on a personal side, the quality of the relationship which has been established between all the members of the Club. On a professional side, these one-day meetings are much more than just talking with nice people! Since there is always a particular topic associated to the meeting, with a careful preparation involving members of the Club, the format is generally such that you learn a lot - from your colleagues, but also from experts that are invited -, you exchange views and discuss openly issues that you may never discuss in your own organisation, you experiment sometimes new learning approaches... and you have fun ! The Club's good spirit continues also after our meetings, and it happens quite often that one of us who needs some information or feedback will address a mail to his/her colleagues and will receive a good number answers in the following hours!"

"In a complex and changing environment, the corporate universities have to question themselves and adapt their ways of thinking on a regular basis. The corporate universities must not only offer answers to short term business needs but also anticipate and support the trends for all the stakeholders of their companies. Raising this challenge implies selecting the relevant information and sharing it with other professionals. The European Club of Corporate Universities offers the opportunity to compare new ideas and practices in an open way. The club with its flexible organization is the best answer to our availability where schedules are always tight. Lastly, the club functions as a non-profit organization without the presence of external consultants. This guarantees transparency and objectivity at all times during our exchanges. The final equation: professionalism + transparency + flexibility results in some fun, as well!"

"We were lucky to join the ECCU just as we were launching our Corporate University project. ECCU gave us a wonderful opportunity for benchmarking, exchanging best practices and brainstorming on the role and contributions of a Corporate University. Annick has gathered an interesting group of Learning and Development professionals and is instrumental in creating an atmosphere of trust where all participating companies are happy to share their experience."
