Registration policy
The GlobalCCU Forum is open to Corporate University and Corporate Academy Executives, Chief Learning Officers, HR Directors, Learning & Development Directors, Executive Committee Members, project managers leading the creation of a Corporate University or Academy, CSR Directors, Chief Culture Officers, etc. and to our Partners. The registration fees are applicable and cannot be negotiated. In each package, prices cannot be separated. Accommodation and related travel expenses are not included.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing email.
Refund
Before 25 April 2025: refund of 50% of the 2025 GlobalCCU Forum registrations fees. After April 25, 2023: no refund.
No registration fees will be refunded in the case that a speaker is cancelled or substituted.
Substitutions
Registration substitution will be authorised until 25 April 2023. An administration fee of €50 (VAT excl.) will be charged per change.
Payment
Registrations are not valid until payment has been received. Pay your invoice by bank transfer or by Credit Card via our Virtual Electronic Payment terminal. Please note there will be a 3% charge to use our Virtual Electronic Payment terminal. Bank charges and change costs must be made at the sender’s expense. Registrations without payment will not be processed. All payments must be processed by 8 May at the latest.

Dress code
- For the Forum: semi-formal attire
- For the GlobalCCU Award Ceremony: Suit / black tie, cocktail dress or traditional costume from the winners’ country for the winners and those on stage. Smart attire for everyone else.
Smoking policy
GlobalCCU Forum’s policy is to have no-smoking meetings; smoking is forbidden during the ceremony and all activities. In particular, please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the Forum premises, including in the area for the refreshment breaks.
Official letter of invitation for visa
Letters can be sent by the GlobalCCU / Univencis operations team upon written request for visa purposes to the following address: admin@globalccu.com
The GlobalCCU team is happy to answer any questions you may have and recommends the requests for visa are managed as soon as possible.
Accommodation hotel
Delegates are invited to organise their own accommodation bookings. GlobalCCU does not manage rooming of attendees.
Meals
Lunches and refreshments breaks on 12 and 13 May and dinners on 12 and 13 May are included in the packages 1, 2, and 5.
Local transportation
From and to the AIRPORTS: Be aware that travel to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Place Saint Germain des Prés can take up to 1 and half hour, to and from Orly Airport can take up to 45 minutes
Public transportation : Metro Line 4 and 10, Saint-Germain des Prés, Bus stop ‘Saint-Germain des Prés’ : 39, 63, 86, 87 et 95 and Noctilien N01, N02, N12 et N13
