Glaucimar Peticov, former Executive Director at Bradesco, Brazil responding for the Universidade Corporativa Bradesco – UniBrad and for the Human Resources, Marketing, Ombudsman and Corporate PMO Departments. Graduated in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos, with post-graduation degree in Human Resources Administration, and in Marketing, and several Executive Programs in Brazil and abroad, in Michigan, Columbia, Harvard and CCL, in the USA.
She came to Paris to receive the GlobalCCU Best Overall Gold Award in 2017 won by UniBrad.

1. What did winning the GlobalCCU Award for Best Corporate University mean to you and your team?

Receiving this recognition was an extraordinary validation of the consistent and innovative work we have been doing. For me and my team, it represented the certainty that we are on the right path—connecting learning, strategy, respect, diversity, inclusion, collaborative environments, and human development. If you’re thinking about participating, here are my answers to the most important questions:
1️⃣ Should I join?
Unconditional. Only those who participate have any chance at all. And if you don’t try, you’re guaranteed not to win.
2️⃣ How do I increase my chances of winning?
Know your strengths: What story can you tell that makes your department or project unique?
Think like the jury: jurors have to read hundreds of applications. Make it easy for them to understand your work – and find it memorable.
3️⃣ What is the best way to present myself?
Rely on videos: Show your team, your culture, your people. Pictures and short clips are memorable.
Keep it simple: clear, concise texts, a diagram every now and then. Numbers, data, facts are important, but people make the difference.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about winning – it’s about making your work visible and getting the recognition you and your team deserve.

How is the 2025 GlobalCCU Awards journey organised?

Candidates are invited to submit their registration form and then complete their application in the GlobalCCU portal by 28 February 2025 at the latest, to allow the Judging and Advisory Committee to assess the submissions on time.
Applications are distributed to different judges of the Advisory and Judging Committee by the president of the contest. Each application is handled by three judges for cross examining the assessments and avoiding iniquity.
A consolidation of the results is made among all the judges who provide their quantitative scores, and qualitative comments before deliberation on the names of the finalists and the ranking of the winners. In case of conflict, it is the president of the awards, who make the final decision.
The winners will be announced at the prestigious 2025 GlobalCCU Awards Ceremony attended by the winners, CEOs, diplomats and journalists. Look out for more information soon about the country and venues of this event, which will be a hybrid format, accommodating those who cannot travel.

Corporate Universities, Academies and L&D Structures serving the business strategies, the corporate culture and the brand of their Organisation are allowed to enter. Those which provide and sell learning services to external stakeholders (such as clients, suppliers, etc.) in addition to their internal mission, are eligible to apply; however, commercial organisations whose primary activity is to sell learning services to clients will not be considered as applicants.

Complete the Registration form

Choose the categories and then the package you wish to apply for. An invoice will be sent by email and also private credentials to enter the GlobalCCU Awards Portal to access the application form.

Terms and Conditions

General conditions

Previous Best Overall Corporate University Gold Award winners cannot submit for this category again for the three award contests following their recognition.
Connecting to the GlobalCCU Awards Portal
Only the person who signed the registration form and, thereby, agreed to comply with the general conditions of use, can access the Portal to work on and submit the application, as well as the authorised person included in the registration form. The login and password is linked to a professional email address. However, we recommend you create an award project team to prepare the answers to the questions and the attachments required.
Finalists are expected to attend the GlobalCCU Award Ceremony.

Terms and means of payment

Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or by Credit Card via our Virtual Electronic Payment terminal. Please note there will be a 3% charge to use our Virtual Electronic Payment terminal. Bank charges and change costs must be made at the sender’s expense.

Cancellation, refund

No refund can be made, and no cause of refund can be invoked.
