Michel de Rosen

Former senior civil servant and French business leader, Michel de Rosen is recognized for his contributions to public debate on essential issues related to social cohesion and interreligious understanding. After studying at Lycée Hoche in Versailles, he attended HEC Paris and then the École Nationale d’Administration. He began his career as a finance inspector at the Ministry of Finance and then as an advisor to the Ministry of Defense from 1976 to 1982. He headed the office of the Minister of Industry, Posts, and Telecommunications from 1986 to 1988. In 1982, he joined the Rhône-Poulenc group, where he held various management positions, including Head of Rhône-Poulenc Fibres and Polymers, Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, and Rhône-Poulenc Santé. In 2000, he became Chairman and CEO of the American company ViroPharma, until 2008. From 2009 to 2017, he was the Head of Eutelsat Communications. He currently chairs the boards of DBV Technologies, a biotechnology company, and Forvia (formerly Faurecia), an automotive equipment manufacturer since 2017. He has published several collective works and two individual books:
– L’égalité, un fantasme français (Taillandier, 2020): An analysis of the notion of equality in France and ways to revitalize social mobility.
– Fraternité ! (Odile Jacob, 2023): A reflection on the crisis of fraternity in French society and the importance of this value for the future.
He is also co-founder of the association L’Islam au XXIe siècle and initiated a series of conferences on Islam, the first of which took place in Paris in 2019. These conferences aim to promote a better understanding of Islam in the contemporary context. He is also vice-president of Télémaque, France’s leading mentoring organization, and administrator of Changer Par le Don.

Meinrad Arnold

Meinrad Arnold leads Aptar’s enterprise learning and development initiatives globally. With over 30 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, and Leadership within an international company, Meinrad has dedicated his career to these fields. He is passionate about experimental learning and fostering a multicultural perspective in global development.
His role encompasses the assessment and enhancement of Corporate University programs, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and the introduction of innovative practices and tools.
With a background in mechanical engineering, he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD Business School and is certified as a trainer and consultant at the Malik Management Center St. Gallen, holding EMP and MPO certifications.

Ernesto Barrios

Ernesto Barrios has been Chief Learning Officer at Repsol in Spain, creating the Corporate University and managing it for more than a decade. His experience includes developing dozens of learning & development professionals, designing learning models and environments, and participating in the analysis and migration of both HCMS and LMS, with the implementation of Workday being his most relevant project. In this extensive experience, he has directed his decisions based on the generation of value provided by the Corporate University, and the impact on the business, both in the immediate results, and in the support necessary to achieve its strategic plan.
Additionally, Ernesto has participated as a member of various juries for training program awards, invited as a result of those won for his work at Repsol. She is the Superintendent of Human Development at Banco do Nordeste.

Anuradha Dhamodaran

She has over 18 years of experience in areas of Human Resource Management, Manufacturing, Total Quality Management and Sales. She is an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate with Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy and M.Sc. Psychology degree from Madras University.

In 2017, she joined the Management Innovation team (MIT) focusing on speed, collaboration, and people development. She has also led Dealer transformation.
She was the recipient of Outstanding Women Leadership Award, by Bengaluru Chambers of Industry commerce (BCIC) in 2021.
She is a certified Hogan assessment and Talent management professional and a graduate from coveted “Dale Carnegie Institute” for leadership. She is also a certified TPM instructor from JIPM and Six sigma practioner. She is also a visiting Faculty for IIT Chennai for “ Business excellence course” (2019 onwards). Emre Güleçoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1983. He completed his undergraduate studies in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and earned his master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University. He started his professional career at Turkcell Academy in 2005, where he spent 8 years developing numerous award-winning digital training projects and products recognized as pioneering initiatives both in Turkey and globally. His last role at Turkcell was as the Project and Product Manager of Turkcell Academy Digital.
In October 2013, Güleçoğlu joined Coca-Cola İçecek as the Group Training Technologies Manager, overseeing the design and implementation of digital training strategies across 10 countries.
In August 2015, he founded Digitallica, a digital training design studio. Digitallica currently develops customized digital training designs and innovative human resources solutions for over 600 corporate clients. Under Güleçoğlu’s leadership, Digitallica has been honored with numerous prestigious international awards for its pioneering projects.

Anjuli Haberer has been with Aptar since September 2011, starting as a dual student in Business Administration with a focus on international business. She wrote her bachelor thesis on the cost value analysis of the Aptar Corporate University and gained valuable experience through a 10-week internship in Mumbai.
In October 2014, Anjuli became a Corporate University Program Manager, organizing and executing global business programs such as Business Process Management, Project Management, Strategic Thinking, and Change Management. She later transitioned to the role of People & Career Development Manager, supporting the Central Europe region and later the Food + Beverage and Consumer Health Care divisions.
