Celebrating the 20-year GlobalCCU milestone!

The GlobalCCU Awards – a symbol of excellence recognising and rewarding the world’s best Corporate Universities – belong to the GlobalCCU history and genesis. In 2005, an extraordinary adventure began in Paris with the support of a handful Corporate University Directors coming from Brazil, Spain, USA and France. GlobalCCU would become a global organisation for collaborative learning, a learning hub with deep insights from worldwide peers, a global network, a research space for Corporate Universities and a global resource centre for supporting them to reach their goals and optimise their business and social performance.
The GlobalCCU brand is now well anchored in the Corporate University landscape. The bonds of trust and friendship we’ve built across the world will last forever, regardless of the vagaries of history, with citizens from everywhere.
Keynote speaker – Ten great lessons received from Michel de Rosen
Chairman of the Board at Forvia, Michel de Rosen who co-chaired the ceremony with Annick Renaud-Coulon, left a lasting impression with his speech entitled ‘Who will win the war between I and We’.

Then, the 2025 GlobalCCU Awards Ceremony was declared open. What a great pleasure to announce the 2025 GlobalCCU Award winners!

‘I would personally like to say that Aptar has been impressed by the entire GlobalCCU AWARD process. It was interesting to learn how the evaluations and selection processes work. Many industry awards are carried out using simple algorithms and marketing evaluations. In contrast, GlobalCCU requires several documents, videos, testimonials and learning examples. The questions in the individual categories are open, wide-ranging and require detailed answers. The documents must be supported by results and examples. Remarkably, GlobalCCU puts a great deal of effort into the process. Participation is demanding for companies. This is reinforced by an international jury of L&D experts from around the world. This year, the jury included global Learning Experts from famous brands and regional Executive experts. This once again highlights the value and respect that the award has brought us’.
Meinrad, VP, Chief Enterprise Learning & Development Officer, AptarGroup (Germany)
Landing after a real roller coaster ride in Paris. Down to earth and everything is moving! And no, I’m not talking about an amusement park, but about the intense and exciting experience at the Global CCU Awards 2025 ceremony, where our AI School was recognized with the Gold Award in the category of Generative Artificial Intelligence Implementation. I lived 48 hours of inspiration, learning and connection with corporate universities from 22 countries. I land with many ideas, valuable conversations and the satisfaction of confirming that the path we are traveling in our Corporate University, and our School of AI is going in the right direction. In the world of AI, we are all up or about to get on. Because, let’s be honest: it’s not optional. What really makes the difference is how we position ourselves and integrate this new paradigm, language and models. Our School of AI seeks to provide vision to these answers, which are still pending and that as a society we must address. Because our business project needs all our talent and because moving forward without leaving anyone behind is part of our DNA, as a public service company.
Thanks to GlobalCCU and to the international jury for this recognition. We will continue to learn together!
