Tuba Kara Albek, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee at Şekerbank in Turkey who offers impactful insights with almost 30 years of experience in human resources and involvement in award-winning programs in talent management, leadership development and diversity & inclusion.

Soraya Bahde, Director of Culture, Talent Development & Wellbeing at Bradesco, in Brazil who has 20 years of experience in cultural and business transformation and the implementation of talent development strategies and continued education in Marketing, Corporate Governance, Human Development and Neuroscience.

Olumuyiwa Olulaja, Group Head, Human Capital Management & Development of FirstBank Group in Nigeria who is a thought leader and sought-after speaker on Talent Management and Career Development. He joined FirstBank in 2012 from KPMG Professional Services, where he garnered practical hands-on knowledge in people management, negotiation and liaising with senior management across key industries.

Anil Santhapuri, Head of the Academy for Management and Leadership Excellence at TVS Motor in India who is a values-based and results-oriented talent professional with over 23 years of experience in talent management, learning and leadership development. He is passionate about transforming people, culture, strategy, and processes to achieve sustained global leadership in a fast-changing and connected world.

Shivaprasad MN, General Manager at TVS IQL, TVS Motor in India, who played a key role in establishing unique learning solutions within TVS Motor Company and in developing the role ready talent through flagship programs.
