GAI implementation / New category in this year's GlobalCCU Awards contest

Generative Artificial Intelligence has become so impregnated in our world and deeply impacting the learning and development activity sector that it was obvious to include a GAI implementation category in this year’s GlobalCCU Awards contest.

Candidates are invited to demonstrate how their Corporate University / L&D structure is facing the significant challenges of the GAI systemic revolution, which, for many, is still in a period of experimentation,

• in their OWN ACCULTURATION into this rapidly evolving world, its promise full of hope but also of doubts and fears.
• in their OWN TRANSFORMATION inside their ecosystem, the path they take being just as important as its outcome, and the way in which they appropriate critical skills to maintain control over the strategic positioning of their Corporate University / L&D structure. In short, how they take care not to confuse the end and the means.
• in the TRANFORMATION OF THEIR PARENT ORGANISATION to increase business productivity and a relevant culture of algorithms and data into the layers of the company without losing its humanity. Finally, how they have mobilised decision-makers on responsible use of Generative Artificial Intelligence.
