GlobalCCU Membership Community: a task force prepares 'Business' topic
For the best practice workshop scheduled on 18 January
BUSINESS IMPACT is the consequence and significance of the Corporate University activity and its support to the business of the Organisation. This essential feature, which differentiates a Corporate University from a training centre, makes sense especially if it is truly sought after rather than being slightly haphasard. It must be both effective and pertinent.
Four conditions are necessary to pretend to impact business through Learning and Development functions
- Business understanding
- Customer focus
- Complexity management (characterised by the Corporate University’s effective consideration of the multidimensional nature of the company struggling with many issues, social, sociological, technological, environmental, economic and geopolitical and scientific)
- Business solutions delivery
After having selected the most inspiring and innovative best practice nuggets from the members, the task force is preparing a very valuable three hour online plenary event that will be kindly hosted by Stellantis (Latam) on 18 January.

- 10 January: launch of the Study Group on Innovation in EdTech
- 18 January: Second Best Practice Workshop online plenary event on Business topic
- 23 January: launch of the third task force on Technologies
- 25 January: Launch of the fourth task force on Society and Ecological environment
