Best Corporate University – Business impact category is for a written description of the Corporate University which truly supports the business of the Company / Organisation / Institution; which understands its challenges and its needs, which anticipates the transformation of the activity sector(s) and evolution of the business strategies; which deals with major unforeseen events; which delivers business solutions through singular actions or projects that really solve major issues or help to seize development opportunities that cannot be reproduced identically.

It refers to the consequence and significance of the Corporate University / Learning and Development structure’s activity on the business and its effective support to solve problems or to seize development opportunities within the Organisation.

In entering for this category, you are invited to:

• demonstrate how your Corporate University / L&D structure truly supports the Business of your Organisation effectively and pertinently, understanding its challenges and needs, anticipating transformation and implementing the business strategies often in a disruptive context.
• demonstrate how you are ‘customer-oriented’ putting your prescribers, beneficiaries and those who pay at the centre of your development and management decisions, as well as your learning and development production.
• present outstanding best practices you are proud of that have really solved major issues or seized opportunities through relevant and efficient Learning & Development activities and communication events.
